Question : Is it ok to run a VBulletin Forum fron ones home pc, or would it be best to use a dedicated Pc ?

for development purposes yes on a home pc is ok, but for actually running a site i would recomed shared/dedicated hostin...

If you need a host, let me know only $12 a year to start and VERY reliable...
