you could always just use PHP to parse it and dump into MySQL

fgetcsv if I remember.

All sorted, used the first one as the district/county etc info more useful. Just realised the lat/long is rounded on this, but not important...can always find that data later and amend db!

I used this API for a client and found it very good - its pretty cheap too, I think <1p per lookup if I recall correctly : http://www.postcodeanywhere.co.uk/ - can get full addresses from it.
