I hate discount code sites with a vengance but have decided to have a dabble...

I've tried to make it as simple as possible for the user to find a code - but am I missing something with the whole discount code thing,... as in give them a code, hope they click on your link and you get a commission job done

    discount code site (shameless plug)

Tagline "Discount Code Search Engine" needs to be bigger.

I would create separate pages for each merchant offering vouchers to benefit from SEO.

Did you custom code your feeds or are you using an off the peg system?

Just a tip, you might get a few thickets like me trying to click on the icons / logos. If there is anyway to use this to your advantage? because a lot will try.

The other thing to do, is to have details of the code as 'bait' (ie 'free postage' or '10% off' etc), but only reveal the actual code once they click on a link - which should ideally trigger your potential to earn commission at the same time.

Oh - and me too with the logos.

    thanks for your comments,

    have made logo text bigger.

My site is only simple compared to others but it seems at the end of the day you just need the user to leave your site and put the code in. I suppose once the cookies set it does not matter if they use discount code or not as long a s a sale get made within 30 days etc..
