Hi All, We have recently launched www.hotelsinbirmingham.co.uk. The site has 100% unique content, optimsed pages, nice images and provides the customer with a simple booking form which utilizes the laterooms affiliate program. The site will be marketed for the keywords: Hotels in Birmingham, Birmingham Hotels, Hotels Birmingham etc. Other names for similar development are: Hotelsinyork.co.uk Hotelsinleeds.co.uk Hotelsinnewcastle.co.uk Any feedback on the development or suggestions would be great. Hi. Some comments. Straightforward, clean overall look and feel. I'm not sure which category I would choose from the upper menu bar, since some of them sound as if they overlap and I don't know much about the hotels in the area. The white space around the drop-down arrows in the search box feels slightly non standard - generally the spacing/layout seemed a bit empty in the search box. On the pages, I don't think the two main text fonts - large intro paragraph and small body - go together perfectly. The privacy policy overflows the bottom on the page in Firefox. I would centre align the bottom navigation bar and the footer. Maybe the NEC merits a section in its own right. The favicon doesn't seem to be reflected in the page branding - perhaps because it relates to sunnier climes ! The things to do page doesn't include anything about the canals. The title text isn't consistent : it says in or around. The hover over the main navigation toolbar visually seems to turn off the selection which feels wrong. I don't like the animated LateRooms advert - it leaves me dizzy, but not with choice ! Hope that helps. David
