Looking for property websites

Hi,

I'm looking for an established (eg has some backlinks and history) website about property - ideally about being a landlord or buying / investing in property, but will consider other sites relevant to property in general.

My budget is �xxx - �x,xxx depending on the quality and history of the site. The site does not have to have any existing revenue, I am just looking for some age.

BuyLand.co.uk is up for grabs if you give me a decent offer. I'd expect around �5k minimum. I've got a few cheaper ones as well..
