sites making �500+ wanted

this is for a friend looking to spend �20-30k on a passive investment making �500 or more per month. Ideally would pay anything from 18-30 months multiple, more if on a good quality domain. Has to be fairly passive income with little maintenance.

Would consider most niches and extensions.

PM me with anything, i am looking at a couple of sites at the moment from two acorn members and will be deciding soon.
