@ Matthew, if you check the PhotoRetouch.co.uk site out on archive.org, you will get one of the old contact pages for the website, link below, it has a phone number and an address, might still be an active number, but it's from 2003, worth a call to find out anyway, although that archived site might be a different registrant prior to Dave Williams registering the domain, who knows:
