Depends how valuable a domain is, no one is going to give a valuable name away for free, so you can bet its going to cost you.

I just wanted to put out a positive comment for Trifega, for me I transferred the requested funds in the morning and the domain name was pushed in the afternoon of the same day.

I paid £95+VAT (Without Nominet fees) for an old family name, which I thought was worth it to get it back

They are based in the isle of man so outside uk law, they have one of my websites that I let laps and now want back! contact I have is leo@trifega.com

also there home page is only a holding page, and I think I may have transfered trifega.com to me it was avaliable
