I assume the sale is for a substantial amount if you're getting your solicitor involved?

I kind of laughed when I read the persons name and your username.

Joke aside, how long does it take sedo to provide the persons contact details to you?

They provided a written address, online for me [within the "transfer centre" section of their site], and this was done instantly, after they emailed me to tell me that they'd failed to get him to pay, after 3 reminders [or whatever number of reminders it was].

Yes, the sum is fairly hefty [in my opinion] and costs have now been added, making it somewhat heftier. He'll end up with at least a CCJ against his name [making it hard to obtain credit], and a debt that will continue to be pursued, with costs, such as fees and interest, growing by the day, should he fail to now settle within the 14 days he was given.

It didn't have to be this way...

More as a matter of interest ell. was this a 'Sedo auction' sale or 'domain listed/offer accepted' (I accept the contractual wording for completion is the same)

You're either a good liar or your solicitor is having your pants down.

Ask your Sedo representitive to point you to a case where their contract has been upheld by a British court then save yourself a whole heap of time and money and move on, you won't win.

The Sedo contract is as much use as toilet paper, they won't tell you that because their business model relies on peoples fear of being sued.
