Mark Ellis?

Has breached a contract to purchase on Sedo. My solicitor wants to now go all hammer-time and pursue, plus costs, but I'd rather avoid legal avenue and be reasonable and nice.

Don't think I've come across Mark on here, but I could be wrong...

Thanks, his name is definitely familiar to me.

Resides in the Beaconsfield area I am informed by Sedo.

I'll keep my fingers crossed and do this research myself for now, rather than see my solicitor do it and stack up fees, he'll then look to offload onto Mr Ellis.

Sedo have offered nothing yet, but I've asked them for proposal of what to do next besides go all legal.

I hope Mr Ellis comes clean and we solve it all nice and friendly, without legal costs... but if not then so be it.

Sedo will do nothing for you in your legal pursuits.

However its in your right that Sedo discloses the identity of the bidder, including his address listed with Sedo.

You can also ask Sedo to ban his account with them and remove all this domains from their platform
