I want to buy a domain that whois says is owned by:

However, their site appears to be down, and I can't find any way to reach them. Does anyone have a current contact there, or know of any way to contact them?

So, there is no way to purchase any of the domains they own? I'm very interested in one of the domains they own that they aren't hosting anything on.
