Google this: "Steve Baker" "19A Mill Hill Road"

You'll get some results that include TLD domain whois records, and from there you can find an email address.

In general, it's always a good idea to Google various parts of a Whois record (making use of quotation marks to keep essential phrases together) because often you can get a clue from a DIFFERENT domain name that a person or organisation also happens to own than the one you were initially looking at...
