Hi,

I am trying to contact Rebecca Forbes as she has failed to make payment or respond to any emails sent with regards to her domain purchase.

Does anyone have a contact number?

Had this happen to me a couple of times last year - buyers say they'll buy the domain in XX weeks/days, can you hold, etc and agree a price, they don't follow through (via private arrangement) and pay or respond.

Still have the names which is the main thing. Glad you have them too - I think I'll ask for a 25% deposit in future to hold a name any longer than a week or so for payment.

I usually send them a "This sale will expire in 48 hours and the domain name will be put back on the open market" reminder email which has, to date, worked just about every time... Of course, it helps that I also specify a time limit when I invoice them.

Thanks for all the replies.

I have done everything I can possibly do, repeat emails, invoices, final demands etc.

Not an issue as I will simply relist the domain for sale as there was a lot of interest in it.

Just watch if she bids on a domain you are selling.
