Anyone having problems with Nominet's "Online Services"? I can login okay but don't have access to anything.
Yes. I remember I changed my Nominet tech email address as I wanted to fire registration emails etc. to a dedicated inbox, as my main was being spammed - it changes them ALL. Immediately I was taken back to the dashboard with no access to anything. I contacted live chat who sorted it out for me, think all that was needed was to log in with the new email address! Let me know - I'll dig out my chat transcripts and see what I can find. EDIT: No transcript I'm afraid, but I did find the first email in the dedicated inbox was from Nominet regarding setting a password. Which reminded me, I needed to login with the new email address (the one you change it to) and then request a password as if logging in for the first time. I hope this helps!
Thanks for that. I'll speak to Nominet tomorrow. Rather embarrassingly, I use that many e-mail addresses, I can't remember which one I changed it to now!
