Anyone got any recommendations for alternatives to Moz OSE (free version) that comes to an end next week? Using a few already, but nothing as a direct comparison to OSE.

OSE data sucks badly. Majestic is much more reliable.

Agree with Martin, Majestic is much better.

Although it's not free, I would suggest AHREFS, data seems to be the best of the bunch and a lot of good tools on there

Moz seems to have lost it's data quality over the last 12 months. I don't use it now to judge domains - I much prefer majestic.

OSE's replacement : https://moz.com/link-explorer , is actually pretty good and the data is much more up to date. But I agree above, Majestic and Ahrefs are tough to beat, along with my personal favourite SEMrush. I think the market is missing a good free alternative that provides "enough" data for quick analysis when paid plans are OTT.

Ahrefs is the best in terms of pages indexed and links identified, but their DR metrics are BS. Majestic TF is the best trust metric in the industry by quite a margin IMHO.

Thanks all, I already use Majestics but OSE was just handy for very quick backlink checks; it has served me well enough not to look at too many others, but I'd certainly check out all those above.
