    As a name, I think it's great. Yes 'skint' as a word has negative connotations, but it didn't stop Skint Records being a successful label back in the late 90s. I think the negativity makes it more of a striking brand.

    To me it would be perfect for a high-end fashion label or something like that. There's loads of fashion houses and labels with what people would call 'negative' words. A quick google threw up these:

    Just an echo but really like the domain. It can have negative connotations but i think it is a pretty frequent phrase nowadays. The obvious one is Payday Lender. Dont like what they do but no arguing their is money in it. Also like the idea of selling off cheap things. A poundland/homebargains style shop.

    I would pay £5k for this no problem at all. £10-15k i would probably need more of a clear plan and diligence before purchasing.
