Hi... I signed up a while back and completely forgot I had this account. I am now here again to try to sell on another completely different website at http://www.myinkcartridge.co.uk but as there are so many threads on this forum I dont know where to start looking.
Can anyone please direct me to a good thread where I can learn more about valuing a website and how to make the exchange?
The website does reasonably well, I dropship products from an ebay user I know and it does make sales. No, it is not EPN, it is Paypal only.
The downside is that the website was coded old school html and uses server side includes (no database). The website is approx 1 year 8 months old and is pagerank 3. It sells Epson and Brother inks and I started to add HP Toners before deciding to concentrate on other things, it simply takes up all of my time.
I originally started the website as an SEO experiment but simply dont have the time anymore as I want to move onto other things.
Please dont diss the design, its not one of my better attempts, but as stated I used it more to learn SEO. There has been a lot of SEO to the domain. Articles, Link Exchange with other Ink websites, Directory Submission, press release, blog commenting, etc.
Any advisers out there can give me some quick tips?
I will be listing it in the UK Websites for Sale section and will provide evidence of detailed stats and profits. Please bare in mind that some of the profit generated has gone into more marketing.
2350 backlinks in Yahoo Explorer: Click Here
Is it a worthy website to sell? Surely there is some worth in the domain name alone?
(mods, once I know where to go and what to do I will close this thread and start afresh in the uk site for sale section - if that is not allowed for new posters, etc then is there anywhere I can go to try to sell this website? I haven't gotten around to reading the full rules yet... sorry)
Thank you
Terry
