Latest Update: UKBackorder removed from "Last X days performance".

Previously, I had a defined list of Primary Sales Platforms, consisting of the platforms that consistently created the most sales.
    1. Domainlore
    2. Flip
    3. Sedo
    4. UKBackorder
Since UKBackorder hasn't published any sales publicly since 2nd May 2022, I thought it was about time this was updated.

The home page has now been updated to reflect these changes. No benefit to anybody at all, but still an update!

Latest Update: Domain Sales Email Template

Based on this recent post, I decided to (re)build the domain email sales template tool I had on the old website.

    New sales email generator tool.

There is some text blurb at the bottom of the new generator that explains the origin of the sales template.

You can access this tool when you click the new "Tools" menu item in the header. Alternatively, use the "Domain Sales Email Generator" link in the footer.

For signed-in users, the "Bulk Whois" menu item is now found when you click through to tools OR can be found as a direct link in the footer.

    Latest Update: Private Domain Sales

In a nutshell - Pay to remove domain sales history.

    https://domainsaleshistory.uk/blog/private-domain-sales
    • If a domain has multiple historic transactions, all history will be removed.
    • The transaction(s) will automatically be removed from any existing monthly Sales Reports.
    • If there are any manual mentions of a domain name in handwritten blog posts, you must highlight them to me to remove them.
It's not the cleanest or most seamless of processes, but it was the quickest and easiest implementation for me.

Functionality has been tested and confirmed as working by the person who submitted a direct request for this feature.

Great idea to monetise the platform.
Will you delete the entries from your db or do you just apply a hidden flag?
It would be a shame to lose the data entirely. Could still be used for statistical reports.

Currently, records are marked as Private and then archived.

Being archived removes them from any default queries.
As you say, having the Status of Private allows me to continue using Private records for statistical reports.
