I mean the new laws ( uk) on file sharing (france three strike rule etc numerious other eu etc ) they are trying to make it a lot harder to do…

And using it for the most obvious thing to me… (Sort of file exchange data base) may be a little sticky for an individual or small company could see it being in court a lot . But still great for a large corporation.. not that there are not other things you could do with the name but its the first one I thought of.

I know the rules are more based on isp's etc Although not sure if nominet etc could or would revoke your use of the name…. If used for the above ?
