A great looking website preferredloans.co.uk for sale. I have too many other commitments to be putting my all into it. Domain was registered in April 2008. The domain name is catchy and relevant.

It is listed well organically for many terms and has a pagerank of 2. It has great potential and would do well on pay per click.

Leads are sent directly through to a loans company and we are paid a portion of the commission. The site is not sold with any revenue figures as you will need to get a consumer credit licence if you want to continue with existing partner. If not then we used leadbay and paa leads and get £12.50 - £25.00 per lead.

The site has many income streams including

    - Secured loans
    - Personal Loans
    - Bridging Finance
    - Commercial Loans

Would suit a new start up or an exisiting financial services business.

Had quite a few offers. Offers now need to be greater than £1500.

You're not really giving potential bidders much to go on here. You say its listed well for many organic search terms, but then provide only 2 - and one of those is page 2 on a search engine that has less than 15% market share.

If you want more than £1500 why not provide some info on earnings? As anyone here can presumably rank a quick site for a couple of financial terms. The value comes in the earnings. What does it earn right now, assuming the buyer has (or can get) a consumer credit licence?
