Possibly not the best forum to ask for advice, but here goes........ I sold clothing on eBay many years ago. Many of the most successful retailers had an eBay store and a website and cross promoted between the two sites. I got my contacts initially through the monthly magazine, The Trader. I also looked at what brands the competition were selling, and found suppliers of those brands through Google. Sometimes I visited their warehouses, other times I ordered through catalogues. One big drawback for me with clothing was you want to offer a range of garments in a variety of sizes. So you have to stock one of each item/ size/colour, at the very least. Thats when the costs starts to mount up. On the other hand the profit margins can be very good, you just have to know what you are doing. Suggest you trial it on eBay and hang around a few business forums for a few months, before investing a lot of cash.
