This site gets anywhere from 6,500 to 17,500 page loads per month and 4,000 to 11,000 uniques per month.
Traffic is primarily through search engine images and Google search for top keywords and has remained constant since January 2008. I can supply anyone interested with traffic stat proof if needed, just post a message here or PM me...
The site is old and don't laugh at the design as I was learning HTML/CSS then! However the domain has a couple of years of age and is obviously very good for the 3 keywords 'tropical' 'dicsus' and 'fish'. A great niche with many affiliate products to sell etc. Global monthly search = 5400, local = 1900.
Ranked 1st in Google for those keywords from 213,000 competitors. Also on first page for many other keyphrases such as discus fish care... 2nd on Google for the keywords 'discus fish' with 165,000 global searches and 60,500 local searches per month.
As I have not done much with this site apart from a little promotion a few years ago and the SERP's have remained constant for two years and have not bounced in that time even during Google Caffeine.
Site and domain are with Fasthosts so can transfer direct if you have a FH account. Otherwise buyer pays transfer fee...
I will consider minimum offers in the £xxx's...
