    ComputersDesktop.co.uk

How much do you think it should be appraised?

Consistent search volume of 4400 in uk
    $6.79 CPC

Beta Estibot appraise it for $24k. Can we believe Estibot?

Cheers and thanks fellow domainers ! :)

You can't believe anything Estibot says unfortunately, it's about as trustworthy as Wayne Rooney in a brothel.

Estibot valuations are partly based on a broad match search volumes (ie the word order is not assessed), so as far as Estibot is concerned this valuation is based on searches and popularity of [desktop computers].

I'd say the domain was of a low value unless you develop it into a profit making site.

BTW original Estibot says something like $120 for the value, which shows the accuracy of these automated tools.

Thanks, appreciate for your opinion. But I think the new estibot is more accurate from several valuations that I have done, just my opinion though ;)

Anyway, when I check using Google tools, there are exact searches of 4.5k for the exact keyword "Computers Desktop" . Whereas there are 90.5k for the exact keyword "Desktop Computers" in UK and 673k globally.

Sure, but no-one with any sense would buy a domain based on a machine valuation. Estibot also values CoversDuvet.co.uk at $10,000 and that's free to register, so if you believe Estibot valuations you should get registering - you'll be a millionaire in no time ;)

BTW, the exact search for [computers desktop] last January was 590, so I'd say the figures were a bit untrustworthy.

Bottom line is, if you think it's a valuable name then you should try to sell or develop it.

Your domain DuvetCovers.co.uk worth much more with over 301k search per month, while Covers Duvet only got 200 search ;) not really worth to register :)

Anyway, mind to share how do you check the search volume for January 2009?

The point is the domain needs to make sense by being the right way round.

    ComputersDesktop doesn't make sense.

A machine can't tell you that, it just recgonsises the words.

    BuyIt - Yes

    ItBuy - No

Its not the worst domain name in the world, but it's certainly not the best :)

I'm typing on my phone so I can't check, but substantial exact match would be unlikely as this domain name doesn't really make sense.

Don't trust estibot, that thing just loves churnining out 0's !

    Good luck !

    Steve.

I think the search volume shown by google comes from those who are staying in uk with english is not the first language ;)

They mistakenly type 'computers desktop' when searching... lol

Anyway, when I tried to search on google "computers desktop", there are still some advertisements, meaning to say, there are people bidding on this exact keyword. Maybe I can get hundreds of dollars at least ;)
