does anyone have a contact email address for anyone at zanox? sent numerous emails via the contact form on their site, sent them messages via twitter, all with no response!!!

Getting very frustrated at the lack of communication with them!

Any help greatfully appreciated!

Not being able to contact them should tell you enough about the way they operate.

Did business with them and generated various leads, sales and visitors and in the end they ended up paying me a penny.

Stay away from them
 
hi m8, thanks for the info. generated just over £3k in commissions with them over the last 2 months, starting to get a bit worried now :(
 
I don't have a contact, but my last payment was 15.12.2010. Don't use them much but always been paid on time. Not sure if everyone gets the same payment date. Would have thought they do.

Admin stats leave a little to be desired. Has a credit note been issued? that precedes the payment.
 
hi redbird, yes credit note raised and i confirmed it on the 01/12. just want to make sure i will get the money but also need to ask them about deep links to certain products

Can't see why you wouldn't get it, not the easiest network interface to use. I only use for two merchants (not available anywhere else) and one of those has just left.

From memory I think you have to set up two payment accounts, one GBP and one Euro (can be same bank and you will be paid in GBP). all very confusing but might be worth a look under "currency accounts" to make sure you have both or at least the right one set up.


Edit: Does the status say payment instructed?
 
just checked the payment status, it says payment instructed.......

just had an email in saying that payment was processed on the 10th, i've checked my bank account details and they are correct.

My invoice says payment target 10.12.2010 and it reached my account on 15th. Are bank details correct on invoice?

yep bank details matched details on credit note....

will give them a call now, hope they've not got sensitive ears!!!
