I would value the opinions of anyone who has had experience of trying different online marketplaces. I've only tried parking a bunch of my domains with Sedo and after many months have had absolutely no results in terms of enquiries, let alone sales. The parking revenue is pretty pathetic too - literally pennies.
Basically, I am looking for marketplaces which might produce better results than Sedo.

TBH exposure doesn't help if nobody is looking for the domains in the first place.
It's a simple as that. Somebody has to want the domain.

End users often go after a specific domain or have a shortlist. They don't do window-shopping. Well not a lot. Some people may do a keyword search but Sedo has millions of domains on inventory.

One thing you can do at Sedo is to see which domains are possibly getting more interest.
Go to Domain Management, choose Sales Setting view, then sort the column Offer Views in descending order.

Then you can try setting a fixed price in order to encourage impulse buying.
If that doesn't work decrease the price.
If that still doesn't work question your choice of domain names.

As for parking, how is the traffic ? If you have thousands of clicks but bad revenue you might want to compare with another parking company but not for 10 clicks/month imo.

Many thanks for your comments on Sedo SdSinc.

I have tried both offers and fixed price, lowered prices and also listed links to my Sedo listings on a couple of my websites, but it doesn't seem to help. Most of my domains are pottery and porcelain related and I'm beginning to think that they are just too 'niche' to have wide appeal.

That's the key. You can try a billion venues, but if nobody wants what you have you're not going to make a sale.

I'm not familiar with that niche but I suppose you're talking craft.
I guess that the possible 'end users' don't all have a website. If that is the case then they probably don't need a domain name. They must be educated about the Internet to begin with.

Domain names are not yet commodities - not everybody needs one and those who need one will seldom buy on the aftermarket. People will usually settle for any decent available domain name unless they really need something special or clearly better than what's left available.

Everybody wants to sell but the supply by far exceeds the demand. Only a tiny portion of the domain supply will ever sell.
