Plenty of suitable medicine and worm related organisations out there

I like it too. I have to admit I probably wouldn't have bought it for more than reg fee anyway, as I'm not confident enough in my skills to either get revenue from it, or to sell it - BUT - for reg. fee, I'm happy to take a punt and try and earn a little bit from an ad-based info site.

There's plenty of people who breed worms and sell them to anglers & fishing tackle shops. You could always start up your own little wormery :)

Never knew that :)

As always, the competitive advantage in this industry is what you know that others don't! :)

I used to breed worms (vermiculture), many do for composting and the wee is known as black gold to gardeners. There are many sellers on Ebay and plenty of commercial sellers so hook up with them or sell them the name.

As fish said you could breed and sell them locally to anglers or bait shops.

good luck with it.

It was the one name that caught my imagination today.
except for the one I have on sale of course.

That would be excellent on your CV...
"I see that you breed worms, is that a regional hobby?"

I know they even moved house with me I became quite a dab hand at breeding them. Postman wasn't too happy when I told him he had 1000 dendrobena and 1000 tiger worms in his hand. I got fed up in the end and set about 10000 free in my garden.

Cheers for the info guys - never realised there was such a 'worm' culture! I thought people just found garden worms and put them into their compost heaps - didn't realise they paid for them.

My initial thoughts were along the intestinal worms idea, and cat worming etc.
