I put up a thread like this last year and it worked out quite well. Basically, I have a number of premium themes from the most popular premium theme site (not naming the site but you know the one!).

If you would like to swap magazine style themes then drop me a PM - I've got quite a few and will swap them on a one-for-one basis.

PS Admin, if there's a better section for this thread then please feel free to move.

Really, and this didn't get taken down last time?

Is it against terms and conditions, or just completely unethical?

I have a studiopress licence and, as I understand it, I can use the themes how I see fit?
I assume it's the same for most other platforms?

It depends on the licence and the website. The 'biggest premium WP themes site' is a marketplace, so the creators get a payment per sale. This way they're missing out.

The extended and regular licences state that 'Distribution of source files is not permitted.', and the higher up ones say 'one license is needed per client'.
