Is it just me or is domainprices.co.uk unavailable?

As a related aside, would be great if Alan could update the site with prices from the last 12 months...

It's down because it was suspended on the 1st of March.

Is it being closed down?

Looking at it now guys, try to fix soon. Yes Edwin I am far behind on updates, busy with work lately and not in the UK

Thanks for the update. It's a really useful site, but again, one that you provide for free.

I used to use it a lot to help "educate" buyers, but because there's nothing recent on there I've not sent people over there in the last few months. I hear what you're saying about a lot of work for no reward, though!

Is there any way to automate import from the feeds that populate the sold domains section cut down some of the work happy to look into it if you don't have the time

I do have an import script, but have to shape the Sedo and other data in Excel first so that the data and fields map correctly.

I think your big problem is that less sales are being disclosed, so really mostly left with lower end sales from DL etc.
An update would be good leading up to June ten.

What format does the data arrive from them. Could a PHP script be used to read it clean it up a bit then write it in the correct order to a csv or XML file that would be imported

I don't put DL sales on there, they are trade prices and the site is really to try to show end user prices.

I'd actually like to see domainlore prices included - in fact all reported sales above £100 would be ideal.

I built and developed a sales history tool for another popular domain forum once, all domain sales were completely automated.

I can help you with this Admin, send me over a PM. If you no longer want to manage the site I will be more than happy to volunteer to take it on and help improve it.

Last time I did that the buyers wanted them all removed as they buy on DL to sell to EU for profit.

Admin

I can see that point of view, but there are some very good sales on DL that could easily be included and plenty of low price sales from Sedo that are automatically included.
