sla for shared hosting?

    Have a reseller account with one of the dreaded and its mainly for thin WP aff sites. But noticing some shocking performance issues and site uptime stats over the last few months. These are mainly low traffic 50/100 uv per day.

    Although I appreciate shared hosting is low end hosting it should still give a level of service. Can't find any sla agreements in place for shared hosting (not that I expect it to exist :)

    So what's the best way to take these cowboys to task..

    you can look at alternate provider, I use Webhost UK have got good uptime from past 4 years any upgrade or migration for maintenance was update by support.

    Even Rshosting is good one in terms of SLA.

    1. Contact them to see if there are underlying server issues. Servers can unexpectedly run bad from time to time. Ask to be moved to a different server if appropriate

    or

    2. If the above doesn't yield fruit, vote with your feet and move to a provider with a better reputation.
