A bit unfair! Just becuase i got a better offer 2 minutes later doesn't mean i'm a bad 'trader' or have done anything wrong! I apologised to DB, i think its a bit harsh to point this out to people when its not like i havent paid or have ripped someone off and scammed someone! I apologies again, i ddint mean to waste your time but im sure you;d have done the same in my position

Selling stolen content? Excuse me? Proof etc...? The site i am selling i have made myself, as well as the system.

    Thankyou.

And the need for the sarcasm is? Hiding behind your computer thats a shock. Look mate ive apologised, and havent caused to to be out of pocket or any distress, so whats the problem?

Can you offer proof of stolen content or are you just using that to try and make me sound even worse? I can see why your doing this, although it is rather immature and childish to make silly comments.

Im from lancs too. How about we discuss this like adults?

Personally I would say that you are being much too presumptive and harsh on here towards kasabian19. (1) Is it established beyond doubt that the content is "stolen" . I like to deal in facts before I make such accusations as are being made against him. YES it may LOOK LIKE it is stolen but to jump to conclusions and defame the guy totally is wrong. (2) OK so he said he would buy a domain and then backtracked. Have you not heard of sale of goods act that allows such very actions ?. Of course that is not intended for domains but the general intention is that people can change their mind. Has DB never ever in his life said he would buy something and then changed his mind ?. Of course he has.
Give the guy some slack. Just because DB doesnt like him shouldnt make him public enemy no.1

Seems a bit much to name and shame for this minor infraction of the 'rules' - just the rough and tumble of trading in my book. Seller didn't actually lose money, did he? So sometimes a deal falls through. And so?

In contrast I seem to remember a thread on here some time ago where someone was very rightly hacked off about a transaction where he had bought a domain for x,xxx from another Acorn trader which turned out to have been a stats/ earnings scam. He chose not to name the offender - not sure about that decision. I agree, if one agrees to buy one really ought to have a very good reason for not then going ahead. Not sure GBP 50 (was that the amount?) is a very good reason for not going ahead. Tut tut K, bad boy, slapped wrist, don't do it again, one red square. End.

Thankyou domaingenius and static, appreciate your support.

DB i really think you are taking this too far/taken it too personally. As i have said several times i do apologise, but i havent caused you to be out of pocket, have i?

Its not good to agree with someone on a sale then purposly dont answer emails.

If it was ebay and you bidded and won my auction - then failed to pay I would leave bad feedback? whats wrong with that?

I have dealt with many people on here, and just knew/had a feeling in the back of my mind you was a tyre kicker and out to waste my time :(

I agree DB with what you say. K was a naughty boy. He should have sent an apologetic email. I'm sure he now regrets not having done so at the time. His rep is harmed...a little.

I have sent 2 apologietic emails!

Purposely dont answer emails? Oh you you exactly what im doing, when im at my computer and when i reading my emails. Stop jumping to all the se deluded conclusions.

Auction is legally binding, whereas this surely isn't? Completely different.

If you knew in 'the back of your mind' i was a 'tyre kicker'(???) then why did accept my bid, surely if you'd have thought this you wouldn't have?
