So long as it's steered towards classes and not the bikes, fine probably, otherwise you're treading on some nasty TM's... and that's from experience. S

Domain alone, I don't think it's that valuable. The only think I can think to do with it is create a national directory of spin classes and charge for being in it. However, it's a weak business model because spin class instructors would rather advertise locally, which is more effective. There's no advantage to being in a national directory. Therefore, I don't think the domain would be easy to sell, or that valuable. Plus it looks like you have trademark problems.
