Three djs in the clubs at Mamaia, Audiofly, Lee Burridge, Steve Lawler and an italian I think, and then on the beach in the afternoon as well, what a weekend. Lawler wasn't too great, Burridge provided the best buzz and what was even better, no British in sight bar the djs, you can't beat an holiday destination where there's no other British. ;)

I think I'll give up jogging and go on these clubbing weekends, I lost 4 lbs / 2 kilos and a tan to go with it, just arms, legs and face though - face is a beetroot haha, need to let the whale out soon, in the summer, get the rest tanned up as well. I love it here.

The group I went with, one girl was in a frenzy over AudioFly on the Friday www.lamania.ro, which I enjoyed and there was room in the club, well room enough to move a little as British dance different to Romanians. On the Saturday Burridge stepped up and it was quality and I dressed up for that as well although didn't wear shoes... they don't here.

A quick side note, they vote with their feet here if they don't like something, in the UK everyone just takes being ripped off on the chin and does as they're told, one of the things that makes me sick these days, anyway, so they all go clubbing in trainers, top and jeans as seven years ago when they tried bringing in dress code, they just never went until dress code was dropped.

So shoes friday, but for Burridge trainers, white khakis and bright blue top which I think got me noticed haha quality, such a laugh seeing the looks on their faces, I'd like to see the look on one girls face again and I think I will, they should see what clubbers wear in the uk, I do like my music yes, but anything from classical, rock, heavy metal, trance to anything but I do like clubbing just at 17 stone couldn't really feel the part like I did when I was 19.

So now the benefits from last year are paying off, and here they all smoke like a chimney and as I stopped in Christmas 2005, passive smoking is great so don't need to start here. I don't even feel like a cig these days but they really do puff here oh and they puff as well but shhh, one person I know here, he's gypsy, stoned chasing his bag of goods as it flew across the beach, all gone, buy some more haha

But yes, burridge was the best night but the crowd spoiled it a bit, no real door management, just take the money and fill the place so 2000 in a place that holds 1000 or whatever the amounts were it was packed solid, it did spoil it a little bit but I left for 30 minutes - as you can... and went back for the next four hours, I left at 7.30.

Steve Lawler played on the Sunday night but I didn't think too much of it and left at 5am, plus crowd was heaving still not as much as Saturday but the music made it bearable, when I was younger and got agitated I'd just have a row or drink more to make me happy, now I walk away and know I'm better off and happy.

I would do it all again this next weekend but wear sun cream this time. Roll on the summer, we're all going back for more but I'm going to try and get this lot to hop to another country for a weekend and buy a tent, see how it goes, need more money first, need to work, waking up and rolling over and seeing the sea rolling up the beach with trance music playing, it's just heaven. I'll have a look at the site in a bit.
