    SO isnt there anything i can do other than deleting it...so i can can avoid being bombarded by hundreds of top payed microsoft lawyers:???: ?

    I have a domain that I registered before microsoft applied for a TM. I regged in sept 06, and they filed in dec 06. I assume that means i'm safe?! It's a generic two word term...

    That'd be lovely if trademark law in this country worked like that. It's not always the case though ..
