Learn how SitePlug monetises branded domain typos and generates 3x revenue for domain owners.

Interesting. Surprising that they would voluntarily curtail their ability to come after cybersquatters in return for what must be a tiny percentage of extra traffic (which they would have to pay for). Sounds a step in the right direction though, better than the corporate bullying and reverse...

    Nominet considering redundancies

But surely the additional revenue they are getting from all the .uk reg fees (probably most of which is from .co.uk owners pressurised into pay to stop others grabbing the .uk version) provides a substantial albeit undeserved chunk of revenue for Nominet, with little additional manpower needed...

    Strange things going on

Actually there were a load of bad batches. Researchers in Denmark lead by Dr Vibeke Manniche were provided with the EU's adverse effects data from the European Medical Agency. This showed that 71% of the suspected adverse reactions occurred in just 4.2% of the vaccine batches based on 971,021...

    Strange things going on

After hearing the very sad news about Julian's passing, some forum members pointed out that a lot of young or middle aged people seem to be dying at the moment. This is true. We know so many people who have died in the last couple of years, many many more than in any other 2 year period. Huge...

    Same old same old….

What I find surprising is that someone would keep trying to sell a domain over and over again for months and months for a paltry $100. Surely it would be better to just stick it on a domain sales platform for fixed price at $100 and then concentrate on more profitable activities.

    Tales from the Trees

Very nice looking site and I like the idea! I agree with Dee that you want a breathtaking image on the home page rather than the image with the laptop. Also I would change your profile photo (on the site) as that balaclava makes you look like a terrorist! Good luck with this project.

    Domainlore "previously sold for"

But that is hardly going to help the seller sell it, and neither is it in the platform's interest to be admitting that they are aware of a potential trademark conflict but still facilitated the domain's sale. At the end of the day it's a case of caveat emptor. The value conferred by an SEO...

Registrar put domains in "Registrar Investigation Lock"

This sounds disgraceful. Once you have moved the domains and gained control of them again you should name the registrar so people are wary of them. If any of the domains resolve to revenue-generating websites I imagine you would have grounds for a claim against them for suspending the domains...

Court orders Nominet to repay Member Subscriptions

There can be no justification for raising prices. They should never have raised them last time, Nominet had far more income than it needed to operate the registry at the old £2.50/ yr price, hence being able to siphon off £tens of millions into the Nominet Trust (£44 million between 2008 and...
