whilst people are on the subject of 123... when you register domains there do you get the option of opting out of whois when your'e filling in your details? i used to but now its just disappeared from the page.

i dont think a numberplate can be associated with a trademark. i'm not sure of the definition of a trademark, but a numberplate cant really be seen as being used or registered in bad faith. If there is i sure hope nobody has a TM out on the plate i brought yesterday:p on a seprate note...
