2nd level & 3rd level

Can any body explain me , what r 2 and 3rd level domains?
and how good they are ? and are they same as normal domains?
pls explain in details. thank you

Hi , i saw a , .in domian sale.
it says 2nd level 4.99$ usually 17.89$
and 3rd level 3.99$ usually 9.99$

I did not understand this , am i buying .in domain or something else

 

it is the position of the domain you are buying.

3rd level

internet.co.in

With .in's you can get 2nd level (internet.in) or 3rd level (internet.co.in)
