    still dont decide under paragraph 3(a)(ii)

    Actually it is very obvious that the domain name will be a parking site or for trading later. However, I think the expert didnt agree with CIVC to make a manipulation of word as a domain name although it is a geographical indication. Then she needs to use whatever evidence to deny the complaint. I dont think the respondent's interest in wine or champagne is actually true, (or maybe I'm wrong).

    Poor CIVC, it's just lost in an appeal in Dutch court according to an interpretation of ECJ in comparative advertising case. Let's see whether CIVC still has any energy left to bring the domain name to English court.

    is it just me or when you add bottles to your basket on the site (champagne.co.uk) you can't actually find your basket to go to the checkout stage? LOL - doesn't actually look like the site even works, just looks like it! ;)
