    I'm looking for a support ticket system for one of my websites that I run with some others. Alot of companies appear to be using zendesk. do anyone on here use them? cheers Mally

    Yes its good but long winded maybe smarter than it needs to be? have recently been trying out helpscout so far for small scale ok ? also desk, freshdeck, happyfox which was the simplest downside if you want canned replies etc you can’t mark a ticket as completed or pending without fully opening otherwise pretty good really depends on volumes budget etc

    Hesk is pretty decent for an free solution

    If you're looking for a really powerful solution with ongoing development then we use Sirportly (http://sirportly.com).

    They offer a hosted solution or the option to host it yourself like we do.

    Highly recommended, wouldn't swap to another solution now.
