We are unsure if we want to let this one go, we have put a site on the Domain name now and it's averaging 400 uniques a day from type-ins:

Anyone got an idea of what it's worth? To date we've had offers around the 5k mark.

Don't let it go.

I would think that the revenue potential from this domain is tremendous. The free chatrooms are going to eat some bandwidth but if you target your audience correctly and work on your revenue streams then it's got fantastic potential.

Get some google ad's on there, security software for the teen market etc. You could have a 15-20k site on your hands in very short order.

Thanks all, comments much appreciated.. the chatrooms we have on the site seem to be constantly populated by mid teens which is the reason we are looking at the possibility of selling it. We deal primarily in the 'Adult' industry so this traffic is no good to us really.... Maybe we'll see how the traffic builds over the coming weeks before deciding to sell it.
