Would appreciate any thoughts or ideas as to what to do with this domain, whether it's a keeper or not, and whether there's much resale value.

I see the business potential but don't see the domain as an easy sale, as I reckon potential buyers such as auction houses aren't that worried about domain names as they often prefer using brand/family name instead of generic.

Thanks, I originally bought it with a view to developing it as a site selling lists of cheap auction properties and reposessions as I saw a couple of affiliate programs doing this. Unfortunately, one doesn't answer my emails, and the other I cannot find again for love nor money, so I'm presuming they're both defunct.

Just to say I think it's a good name. A good informational site could generate revenue by taking ads direct from "cheap house" property specialists. Don't worry about affiliate programmes, just sell ads directly.

Just making the domain sale is a harder task, but some end user marketing might bear fruit.

Developing is more attractive here I think.
