Easyspace

    Does anyone know what is going on at Easyspace? I've had no kind of response to a support ticket I raised four days ago. Today when I tried to phone them they just hung up. There's nothing current showing on their System Status page, but clearly something is wrong.

    Did you/they actually speak before they hung up? Have you tried ringing up again, dialling 141 before their number? It's good to have a selection of phone numbers for ringing people up who decide that they temporarily won't answer your usual number (builders after they've let you down on an appointment for instance).

    I finally managed to get through, but gave up after several minutes of being kept waiting in a queue. I can't understand why they don't post information on their System Status page about what's wrong.

    That's a useful tip about the phone numbers - I'll keep a note of it.
