Porkbun don't accept tag changes and refuse nominet incoming transfers (at least they did until I eventually refused to support them). They insist on you actually having hosting and changing your nameservers or dns zone file. It's a shame to see them in the top 20. It all depends on what kind of experience you want but godaddy are only number 1 because they spend the most on advertising in my opinion. They are nowhere near number 1 for quality, service, customer support, or efficiency.

I use namesilo for all my tlds outside of UK. I have tried so many others over the last 2 decades and all have messed up except for them.
