Fractional domain ownership sounds an interesting concept. But how do you facilitate this? Set up a company to own the domain and issue shares based on fraction owned or something like that?

At this stage it would be a 50/50 split with domains below $100k - dot coms only so held in the main Digital Candy company structure.

With bigger purchase domains & portfolios where multiple investors co-invest we would setup a separate UK LTD company and issue shares in accordance with % ownership.
