    Hi,

I've got an offer, but would like to make sure its the right ball park before agreeing to the sale.

Any opinions appreciated - Cheers, Nick.

Can't comment without knowing whats been offered?
It has potential for development. I have justgolfing which has a site on it but until I get around to doing seo on it it's earning zero!

Hi - Do'h, sorry - I pitched at £695, and got a £600 offer back - sound right? Cheers, Nick.

At £1000 it would not be expensive to a serious end user. If you are happy with £695 I am sure that you can hold out for asking price in this deal. If that fails then drop the price or hang on to it.

I'd go back sticking to £650 but would take £600 personally.

After Key's comment I went back sticking to the £695 position...and the end user came back with £695.

Maybe a little under what I could have got (sold to an online sporting goods store with Juniors section) but not a bad result.

Thanks for giving me a feel for the price on this one chaps - Nick.
