Hi

I am new to this website forum.
I would like your opinions as to the value of this domain.
Would make a great Payday Loan Website / Peer-to-Peer Lending Website.

I have rejected small offers, but no one has offered me serious £ for it yet.

It is currently setup as a simple Payday Link Website and is now appearing well in the search engines. It gets quite a bit of traffic from "little loans" and also from other random searches (taken from traffic stats) these include:

extremely bad credit 1 hour loans
1 hr no credit check loans uk
loans from as little as £1
online advances no fax bad credit high interest
compare payday companies uk directory
cash in 1 hour no fax
little loan same day

I think its a really marketable domain, and with peer-to-peer lending on the increase. This domain could be a real winner if fully develped by someone.

Any Thoughts on Price?

Thanks

Daniel.

It's a nice enough name, but you'd essentially need to build an entire brand around it to get anything from the name (since the keyword "Little Loans" isn't really of any value).

I think if you are lucky you might get someone who really wants it to build a brand around, but realistically that will probably never happen. I can still see it being worth very low XXX, perhaps.

few hundred quid only if someone wanted to build a brand around it.

Agree with comments above.

Is it making any money from the traffic you're getting? If there is then it will be worth something and should make it easier to sell. But, with phrases such as "loans from as little as £1", I'm guessing not. Who would to take out a loan in the UK for £1? :?

Also, what's your perception of 'small offers' and 'serious £'? If the 'small offers' are actually £xxx and you're hoping for a huge four or figure figure amount as being 'serious £', it will probably never happen.

Hi,

Thanks for the early comments. All very Interesting. I would of thought this domain would easily achieve an offer over £5000, mabye more.
In my opinion, people are significantly undervaluing their domain names.

Hi Daniel,

I don't think people are significantly undervaluing their domain names. If they are, I really don't think they are undervaluing this domain name.

I would agree with the others - in the low hundreds, max.

We're talking about real values here - not what may possibly happen......with huge amounts of luck......and a buyer with only this domain in mind!

When we get in to mid-£xxxx, you're getting well in to a price range where, through need or an inability to ignore some serious money, people may be willing to let some extremely good domains go, even if it's for not quite as much as they're worth, or as much as the owner would truly like for them.

In addition, your domain keywords don't have many local exacts;

[little loans] 140

compared to;
[small loans] 6,600

Bearing in mind you think you could easily achieve OVER £5k for yours, what price do you think would be easy to achieve for something like smallloans/co.uk?

And then what value would you put on samedayloans/co.uk?
[same day loans] 14,800

If you think you would easily achieve an offer over £5000 for littleloans.co.uk, go and achieve it!

Personally, the only way I think you could make this type of figure is to develop the site yourself, prove that the site has generated consistent sizeable income over some months and then sell it on for a multiple of your proven earnings.

How much revenue does it currently generate?

Anyway, good luck with it!

Best wishes, Richard

It is very brandable, imo.

I could see it selling for 1.5 -3.5k to an end user... but that could take a while and might never happen.

I reckon if you listed it for sale here for £250 - £350, perhaps slightly more - it would be sold fairly pronto.
