Just recieved an offer of £60 via PM for freecreditreportuk.co.uk including site.

I'll sell at today at 3:00pm at this price if no better offers

This domain was SOLD at "11:57:09 AM" Yet you are now taking offers as you received higher after.

Thats not on at all. This should be Steves domain.

Negative rep left and reported to Mods.

Darren.

Dissapointed

Hi there with the greatest of respect you post was not advertised as a

auction therefore 1st to agree purchase price gets it

i confirmed with you by post and re confirmed and you re confirmed back

giving pay pal address etc etc which i paid imagine my shock

when i i get a post from you asking for me to meet a higher bid

there is many a time when i wish i had not agreed to something

but stood on that's the only way a forum like this can work by honour

and keeping ones words imagine the complete disarray trying to buy or sell

and not knowing what's real or not

i hope you stand by your posts

DomainManagement.net aka steve

please check your pay pal

you were paid by pay pal as well check you have funds

based on the agreement you entered into and advertised

in my view this would be breach of contract

and why did you change your post

that was very underhanded to change your post to try and make me look

stupid , you are not doing you reputation here much good

others have seen and commented if we all did not stick to the rules it would

chaos here, when a deal is done a deal is done no matter what

you dont change it because it suits you thats what is known in the

business world as breach of contract hopefully you will address the situation

and this has just been a inexperienced mistake by your good self

the funds i sent are in your pay pal account please complete

as stated and all is forgotten

Dommanagement posted sold at stated price, domain should be his!

What’s with all the negativity you agreed to buy then didn’t complete the purchase despite being online numerous times after i sent my payment details. I received two better options before you completed the deal and I would say I'm well within my rights with excepting a better I didn’t though.
I hope private message bidders will come on here and back me up in the fact I said you have first refusal as the original bidder two both of them
I expect my rep to be sorted before this deal goes ahead. It’s a Saturday night for Christ’s sake people at least give me chance to sort things before screwing me over.

Yeah, give him some time....just like you didnt give the buyer time :)

Sold is sold and editing post is poor show.

Weird, this afternoon ur initial post said that ur domain inc website was 45gbp,then u said that u recieved a 60 offer via pm and would sell before a certain time this afternoon.. And now it seems there is a bit of confusion, u could have managed this sale a bit better... Not sure if ur 60+ sale is worth wrecking ur reputation here

How can you justify accepting a higher offer after already having a deal with Steve? "I hadn't recieved payment yet" really isn't an excuse for backing out of a deal.

I once sold a domain on here for £200 and before the buyer made payment I recieved an offer for £300 however, a deal had already been reached so I rejected the higher offer. That's how it should be.

I hope you do the right thing here and sell it to Steve for the original agreed price.

I was the person who made the £60 bid with website incl.

I seem to remember the original post said £45 but he wanted more if someone wanted the website as well although that post has been edited now.

Steve should have the domain @ £45 without the website as he posted sold right away. I can confirm that newpbc PM'd me to say he would also being honouring the £45 bid.

(and Steve, if you want to flip the domain over then let me know)

I hope this clears this up.
