    You don't own these domains.

    not the .co.uk anyway.

Rereg them if you want them.

    They are still free.

    No match for "buildtolet.co.uk".

This domain name has not been registered.

Put it this way, I wouldn't go around posting on forums if they are not yet regged!

It takes as long as their stupid software takes to reg it (who is it?)

I'm pretty sure any TAG can confirm that registering is instant <20 milliseconds, once the order is put into Numbnuts.

Anyone can go register these domains whilst your registrar pees around manually retyping your info onto a slip of parchment and feeding the pigeon prior to flight (or whatever they do!)

Thank goodness for that. A valuable lesson learned!

I advise you change your registrar, 90 mins to register a domain is truly shocking.

does the fact that a few are looking at what is still available with these terms tells me that they may very well be domains with some potential guys?

    any feedback here

Not it means they are pile of crap since no one even wants to touch the .com but I guess I am wasting my breath telling you that.

Knowing a little about the property business, i'd say these domains have potential. It won't be as big as buy2let because it won't be accessible for a large amount of the population.

I don't see much resale value as standalone domains (but then i rarely do!) but could have useful longterm development prospects.

(or)...while selectively breeding a pigeon for plumage to match Nominet's purple logo....to carry the parchment to Oxford... so that should it fly overhead we'll all know it's the one to shoot down.

"buildandlet" still available, "developtolet".. plenty of options there.
