      This was purchased in 2000 and has never been developed. Could you give me your thoughts on selling this please?

      If you’ve had it since then no offers there's your answer if you have there's your answer also to much hard work and investment plenty already in the field I’d say for any real chance of a sale?

      Thanks for commenting. I haven't tried to sell it as it fitted with my theme of redhottraining, redhotwebhosting and theredhotgroup businesses. Just interested if there was a market for it.
