This website allows UK accommodations to add their hotels, bed and breakfasts or guest houses to the site, currently for a small fee (PayPal compatible).

Really good opportunity for someone who wants to run an accommodation website.

The site can pretty much run itself, advertisers can add hotels, guest houses, bed and breakfasts or Self catering accommodation without too much work from you. You can decide whether to approve listings automatically on payment, or approve them by hand.

The site uses WSN Directory as the script, but the design is completely custom.

Currently the accommodations on there have paid one fee for permanent listing, so you will need to honour that, but you can charge new advertisers a yearly fee if you wish.

You can get support on the script directly from WSN scripts, and I will move the site to the server of the buyer if required.

Traffic has not really been developed on the site, but the site gets about 500 uniques a month. The point is though, with a bit of effort this site could be built into something great.
