Complete site for sale - has over 460 listings (all submitted and updated by owners - they submit their venues for free)
Earns around £10-£15/month currently on Adsense, but when we were actively doing any SEO work in 2012/13 there were months where it was happily bringing in £40-£70/month and that was just an hour or two we were spending on it. You could add laterooms/booking.com/whoever affiliate urls on the site if you wanted - currently all traffic just goes direct to the hotel/B&B owners..
620 uniques in the last 30 days and 1.5k pageviews. CTR is always north of 5% and can back all this up with data if needed
Has a full backend system and can be hosted on any shared hosting platform with ease (just needs PHP/mySQL)
Looking for a BIN of £750, bit of a bargain as this is an actual working site with revenue and some traffic
Looking to sell all my websites to move into other things
